2. Service Description

Appliance Customer Mysore provides professional repair and maintenance services for home appliances, including:

  • Air Conditioner (AC) repair and maintenance
  • Refrigerator repair and servicing
  • Washing Machine repair and maintenance
  • Microwave Oven repair and servicing
  • Related appliance installation and consultation services

3. Service Area

Our services are available within Mysore city and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary based on location and technician availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our designated service area.

4. Appointment Scheduling

  • Service appointments can be scheduled through phone, WhatsApp, or our website
  • We will confirm appointment times and provide estimated arrival windows
  • Customer must be present or arrange for authorized access during service visits
  • Appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • No-show charges may apply for missed appointments without prior notice

5. Pricing and Payment

Service Charges

  • Diagnostic fees may apply for service evaluation
  • Repair costs include labor and parts (when applicable)
  • Prices are subject to change based on parts availability and complexity
  • Additional charges may apply for emergency or same-day service

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods
  • Customers will receive a service receipt for all completed work
  • Advance payment may be required for parts procurement

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Service Warranty

  • 30-day warranty on completed repairs and replaced parts
  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship and part failures
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear
  • Original service receipt required for warranty claims

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
  • Issues arising from electrical problems or power surges
  • Normal wear and tear of appliance components
  • Damage from environmental factors (water, fire, etc.)

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about appliance problems
  • Ensure safe access to appliances for technicians
  • Disconnect appliances from power when requested
  • Remove valuable items from service area
  • Inform technicians of any safety hazards or special requirements
  • Make payment as agreed upon completion of service

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of use, income, or profits
  • Damage to other property not directly serviced
  • Data loss from electronic appliances
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Service appointments can be cancelled with 2+ hours advance notice
  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once service begins
  • Parts ordered specifically for your appliance are non-returnable
  • Refunds for completed work are not provided unless warranty terms apply
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of service

10. Safety and Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our technicians and services. Safety protocols include:

  • Trained and certified technicians
  • Use of proper safety equipment and procedures
  • Compliance with electrical and safety codes
  • Insurance coverage for service-related incidents

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information is used solely for service delivery and business communication purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of service disputes or complaints:

  • Contact us directly within 7 days of service completion
  • We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
  • Good faith efforts will be made to resolve issues amicably
  • Disputes will be governed by Karnataka state laws

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
